This is the day that the Lord has made. We only have today and should celebrate today in joy, because it is the only day we have. As believer’s we spend a lot of time looking through the rear-view mirror and get stuck, because we cannot move forward looking backwards. Some of us are looking through the telescope into the future, and are paralyzed with fear of the future, or do not take advantage of today, because we are thinking of all we need to get done. We are to realize the gift the present is to us, and make the most of today. We as believers, should do this with joy despite our circumstances, because we have hope for the future, no matter what today brings.
